I am travelling outside of the UK/EU with Marabu. Am I still eligible for compensation?

Yes, you can. Marabu is an airline headquartered in Germany and therefore in the European Union. Because of this, EU261 applies to all overbooked, cancelled and delayed Marabu flights.
