The people in charge of my case were very kind in every mail I got, always answering when I had a question. They didn't let go of the case, even if it took some time.

The process takes a lot of time, but that's probably caused by the airlines reluctancy to pay.

After a 8 hour delay with SunExpess I contacted Fight Delays and they got my compensation for me. Excellent service, no fuss, just completed application and they dealt with everything. Highly delighted with my compensation.
