I wrote to Monarch a number of times concerning my delayed flight. Only to be ignored. I believe I would still be trying if I had not asked flight delay to represent me. This was a long process and a lot of patience is needed, but the end result is I am £££ richer

From the moment the claim was filed the service was without any doubt perfect with good communication along the way. No hassle after providing very minimal documentation. Wish there were more companies like this providing excellent customer service.
