Brilliant- honestly can't say more than that. I had to do very little other than find out the details of my delay. The company then did everything for me. It was taking longer than the 6 weeks after initial send off so I contacted their support- quick response and very human! Not some automated reply, but an actual response from someone, left me feeling satisfied which is usually not the case with any kind of customer service. They won me my compensation and got the money- took me 8 months from start to finish, but again, I didn't have to do anything after the initial submission.

I had no idea what to do next after facing a massive 16 hour delay by Ethiopian Airlines. Found flight-delayed.co.uk by accident. Did my research and decided to go for it as I had nothing to lose. Three months later my compensation is paid without any fuss. Totally recommend these guys.

Very fast and professional, got my claim just over a month but then again the airline did tell us we can claim and gave us leaflets.

Really simple to use, and didn't take very long for my claim to be processed.

I wasn't very optimistic about using this service, but the from the outset the communication was excellent and the instructions were clear. The claim is all handled via email and the online service portal. The team are very quick to answer any questions you have while the airline is assessing your claim. In my case, I was awarded 225 Euros compensation, better than nothing and so glad I took the time and effort to get this money back! Thank you Flight-Delayed for your fantastic service.
