Founded in 2010, our mission is to help delayed air passengers all across Europe in a personal, innovative and tech-driven way. Headquartered in Amsterdam and including branches in Frankfurt and Paris, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of passengers,doubling every year. Due to our rapid growth we are continuously spreading our wings, launching in new countries and enriching our international team counting 60+ employees with new, curious and ambitious minds.

What we do
Passengers whose flights are delayed or cancelled are entitled to financial compensation based on EU Regulation. Getting airlines to compensate our clients is what we do best! We aim to fix bad experiences; we give passengers a voice and provide help and answers.

What are we looking for?
Though we are a tech-based company at our core, what it comes down to is that we are a group of smart and highly driven youngsters. A team of people that helps passengers from all over the world in the best possible way. Spreading the word, writing content, brainstorming on new marketing campaigns, contacting journalists and bringing our message across: we are looking for someone

Some of the tasks are:

  • Writing blogs- and newsletters related to our business and other aviation news;
  • Keeping our Social media updated, like Facebook/twitter;
  • Creating marketing ideas;
  • PR;
  • Writing texts, creating content for the flight delayed website.

What are we looking for:

  • Higher education/University education level;
  • You have excellent English language skills (preferably native language skills), both in writing as in speech;
  • You have solid communication skills, good social skills and a proactive mindset;

We are looking for someone to join our team of Claims Specialists, someone that possesses the right capabilities to help us provide a high-quality, efficient, personalised and easy-to-use service to our clients.

Tasks:

  • Dossier management and writing documents;
  • Customer care via e-mail and telephone;
  • Judicial administrative tasks (no legal knowledge is required);
  • Credit management (no accounting experience is required).

Qualifications:

  • Higher education/University education level;
  • You have excellent Dutch and English language skills (preferably native language skills), both in writing as in speech;
  • You have solid communication skills, good social skills and a proactive mindset;
  • Experience in administrative or secretarial work is an advantage.
