Eurowings delayed or cancelled flight — what are my passenger rights?

Eurowings is offering me a travel voucher instead of a refund — should I accept it?

- If you accept a travel voucher, you are forced to fly with the same airline in the future. Additionally, the airline usually gives you a strict time limit to use the voucher.
